Quotes vs. estimates

A flat-rate quote is a firm price: the number we quote before starting is the number on the invoice. An estimate is our best guess for jobs where the full scope can't be known until we open things up — we'll always tell you which one you're getting.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work starts. We accept the payment methods stated on your quote.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are estimates. If we're running late, we'll call. Emergency calls are prioritized over scheduled work.

What we don't do

We're plumbers, not a general contractor: drywall patching and paint are only included when your quote says so. Permits are pulled where required and their fees are part of your quote.

Limits

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. These terms are governed by Washington State law.
